About the Service

Bacau County Councilby County Public Service for Tourism Promotion and Coordination of Mountain Rescue Activity Bacău (SPJPTCAS), invites you to discover the beauties and attractions of our county – from the natural riches, known for the purity of the air and mineral waters, to the splendor of the mountain areas, to the anthropic and spiritual heritage, be it cultural-religious or traditional-popular.

Our main objective is the development and promotion of tourism in Bacău County, in order to:

• highlighting different forms of tourism and related tourist services,

• facilitating collaboration and partnership between public and private structures in the field,

• the creation of internal and external promotion tools, in accordance with the principles of sustainable tourism.

SPJPTCAS promotes the tourist destination (RO) Bacău through:

• organizing your own events and participating in events held by other organizers,

• editing and distributing promotional materials,

• participation in national and international tourism fairs.

At the same time, we support the organization of meetings with county, regional and national tourism professionals, for:

• facilitating dialogue at the destination level,

• transfer of good practices,

• stimulating new and fruitful partnerships.
