 The park is located in the center of Bacău. Its name is given by the "Victorious Romania" Monument, which was inaugurated in 2019. The sculptural ensemble consists of three statues representing King Ferdinand I, Queen Maria and the symbol of "Victorious Romania". The monument highlights the role of the people of Bacău in the First World War and in the achievement of the Great Union.

The landscaping of the park was completed in 2019. The trees planted a few years ago have grown taller and their crowns offer a real oasis of coolness on hot days. During the summer, various events, shows and film screenings are organized in the center of the park.
